Welcome to the online home of the RCS Council.
The RCS Council serves as an advisory group to assist the Director of Schools in his operational duties and responsibilities. The Council commissions subcommittees and work groups to address specific operational needs. The Council proposes an operating budget to the Trustees. There are 11 members of the Council: one representative from each parish plus 5 at large members.
The Council Committees are appointed by the Council and include both Council members and members at large. Standing Committees include Executive, Planning, Finance, Facilities, Marketing and Public Relations and Technology. Ad hoc committees may be formed as necessary.
The RCS Council meets on the fourth Wednesday of every month at Lourdes High School in the Auditorium.
